This was recreated by Annabella Harper, the original was called “Sunrise by the ocean”. When I first look at this picture, the yellow sun stands out the most. This is weird, I personally think that the blue sky stands out to me but my eyes think different, I close them and open it again, the eyes focus on the sun, the YELLOW sun. In my opinion, yellow makes the sun standing out, it forces my eyes to look at it. The road leads my eyes around from place to place. In this recreated artwork, maybe she wants to present about her effort, she is the sun, alone in the blue sky, but then she rises up with an unknown reason, she makes it up to the top of the world where nobody can ever reach her. She used the color perfectly, blue means lonely, yellow means motivation, optimistic, it shows exactly what I guess, it is just a guess. The overall creation is magnificent. If I could give a title to this awesome piece, it would be “Shine bright like a diamond.” The feeling that represented in the artwork are so strong, it hurts me, a lot.
